4. Payments & Fees

Fees for Services are agreed upon separately via proposal, invoice, or subscription agreement.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, workflows, automations, messaging logic, and materials provided by Pulse Digital are our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for their internal business purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., CRM tools, SMS providers, email services). We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, delivery failures, or policy changes.

7. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Pulse Digital, you consent to receive text messages related to our services, support, onboarding, account notifications, and service-related updates.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Pulse Digital in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate Services subject to any agreed notice periods or outstanding payments.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
